Product FAQs
Which basin mixer should I choose?
Choosing your basin mixer is dependent on individual interior design style preferences. For personalised advice, speak to one of our friendly team members by contacting us on 07 5520 2775. Alternatively, send an email to [email protected].
What’s the difference between a basin mixer vs sink mixer?
Basin mixers are ensuite or bathroom fixtures, while sink mixers are predominantly used in the kitchen and laundry.
How to Install a Basin Mixer?
We recommend contacting a professional tradesperson to install your basin mixer. Installation guides are included with all our products (refer to the ‘Product Documents’ tab on the product listing page).
What is the difference between a basin mixer and a tap?
A basin mixer requires two individual water intakes: hot and cold. A tap, however, has water emitting directly from the pipes without temperature adjustment.
