Soft palettes, gentle geometry, and thoughtful spatial flow reflect the rise of warm minimalism in the region, striking a balance between style, craft, and liveability.
Timber-framed doors connect indoor spaces to a private courtyard, enhancing natural light and airflow throughout the home.
“In the master suite, the bathroom was envisaged as a sanctuary for our clients, referencing elements of hotel stays from their travels,” says Wilkes.
The ensuite combines soft, earthy materials with functional fittings, including an open rain shower, a freestanding bath, and an ABI Milani Heated Towel Rail, creating a humble yet luxurious atmosphere.
“A deep, rich terracotta microcement finish brings warmth and depth to the space, while handmade glazed bejmat tiles introduce texture and tactility. ABI’s brushed copper fittings complement these materials beautifully, adding a refined consistency and quiet glow throughout,” he continues.
The kitchen and living areas follow the same careful attention to detail. A curved oak island with marble benchtop anchors the space, while bold built-in seating and generous skylights enhance both form and function. Throughout, ABI’s brushed copper fittings contribute to a cohesive, refined interior palette.
“ABI Interiors was a pleasure to work with on this project. Their products strike a strong balance between considered design, material quality, and value, making them well-suited to a detail-driven residential scheme,” Benjamin adds.
