1. Promoter
The Promoter for this competition is ABI Interiors International, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 12954559) of 316 Design Centre East, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XF (Telephone (020) 4538 9222).

2. Promotional Period
Entries for the competition:
(a) commence at 6:00pm (BST) on Sunday, 26th April 2026; and
(b) close at 11.59pm (BST) on Friday, 1st May 2026
(Promotional Period).

3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the competition, entrants must
(a) be an individual over the age of 18 years;
(b) be a United Kingdom resident; and
(c) accept these terms and conditions; and
(d) not be employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, participating retailers or associated agencies.

4. Entering the competition

4.1 To enter the competition, entrants must:
(a) satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 3 (Eligibility);
(b) make a purchase (or multiple purchases) online at https://www.abiinteriors.co.uk/ or in-store at ABI’s location outlined in clause 1 (Promoter) during the Promotional Period (Eligible Order/s); and
(c) complete the competition form available here: https://www.abiinteriors.co.uk/may-sale-competition

No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, send your full name, email address and telephone number on a postcard to: ABI Interiors Competition, 316 Design Centre East, Chelsea Harbour, London SW10 0XF, to arrive before 11:59pm (BST) on Friday, 1st May 2026. One postal entry per person. Postal entrants who win the Prize will receive ABI Interiors store credit to the value of £2,500 in lieu of a purchase refund. Postal entries receive equal chance of winning.

4.2 Each entrant may make multiple eligible purchases during the Promotional Period, however, regardless of the number of purchase orders made, only one entry per purchaser will be entered into the draw.

5. The Prize
(a) The Prize will consist of 1 winner;
(b) The winner will receive a refund of their Eligible Order/s up to the total value of £2,500.
(c) The total prize fund for this promotion is £2,500.

6. Prize Conditions
(a) One entry is considered per person.
(b) The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
(c) ABI’s Change of Mind Policy (available here: https://www.abiinteriors.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-of-supply-consumers) does not apply to products in a purchase order that are the subject of the Prize; ABI may elect to exchange such a product for change of mind at ABI’s absolute discretion. (d) The Prize will be automatically awarded to the winner by way of a full refund of the Eligible Order/s to the payment method associated with the relevant order/s; where the winner has paid with cash, ABI will transfer the amount to a nominated bank account of the winner.
(e) Where the winner has made multiple Eligible Order/s during the Promotional Period, the Prize will be applied to the cumulative value of all such orders (up to the Prize value of £2,500 GBP).
(f) The Prize is not transferable, cannot be shared with other purchasers or applied to orders made outside the Promotional Period (including future orders), or orders that are otherwise ineligible and may not be redeemed for cash (except where the entrant’s original payment method was cash).
(g) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
(h) Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
(i) Incomplete or indecipherable entries may be deemed invalid.

7. Prize Draw

7.1 Prize Draw
(a) The winner will be drawn at random at 250-252 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EB, at 10:00 am (BST) on Tuesday, 5th May 2026.
(b) The announcement of the winner shall take place at 11:00 am (BST) on Tuesday, 5th May 2026, at 250-252 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EB (Announcement Date).
(c) The winning entries will be drawn by chance from all eligible entries received and each winner will be determined by an employee of the Promoter (the ‘Judge’).

7.2 Draws generally
(a) The Judge’s decision is final. If you have a concern about how this promotion has been conducted, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days.
(b) Winners will be notified within 7 days of the relevant draw (including any redraw made in accordance with clause 7.2(d)) through the contact details submitted as part of their entry
(c) The winner’s last name and first initial will be published at https://www.abiinteriors.co.uk/may-sale-competition from 10:30 am (BST) on the Announcement Date and will remain online for a minimum period of 4 weeks.
(d) If the winner has not redeemed the prize, or is otherwise unable to be contacted, by 10:00 am (BST) 14 business days after the Announcement Date, the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be redrawn in the same manner as the original prize draw at 10:30 am on 19th May 2026 at 250-252 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EB.
(e) The redrawn winner’s last name and first initial will be published at https://www.abiinteriors.co.uk/may-sale-competition from 10:30 am (BST) on the date of the redraw for a minimum period of 4 weeks.

8. Promoter’s liability
(a) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in this promotion.
(b) All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to display the entries on https://www.abiinteriors.co.uk/may-sale-competition and in any promotional material relating to the competition.
(c) The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from an offender under clause 6 (Prize Conditions) are reserved.
(d) Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
(e) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to applicable UK legislation.

9. Privacy
The Promoter will process your personal data (name, contact details, and purchase information) to administer this competition, based on our legitimate interest in running the promotion fairly. Your data will be retained for 6 months after the promotion closes, after which it will be securely deleted. 10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.
