These exceeded our expectations. They are really heavy, and beautiful to hold. We get lots of compliments on them, and with the beauty of hindsight wish we had used ABI handles for all our internal joinery hardware. Would definitely shop here again. And on a side note, if you are looking for design inspiration - we recently discovered their You Tube (which I wish I had found sooner) - which has lots of cool houses on it.

We are loving our 3-way filter tap. Having the water filter integrated with the tap is such a great idea and is very sleek. Unfortunately, the 3-way filter tap doesn't come with the pull-out nozzle attachment, but I love not having to have a separate water filter. Love the look, and how deep it is. Only complaint is that the wire rack that comes with it, I'm assuming to protect the bottom from scratching, actually leaves marks on the sink from the rubber parts. I also prefer to wash up without the rack in it, because its not that easy to do with it in, but I'm leaving it in, hopefully to protect the sink more than without it.

I love the look of this tap, and it's very handy to have the water filter included in it, rather than a separate tap like I had before. Only complaint is that there is quite a lot of water splash, due to the height of the tap, and the closeness of the neck to the furthest side of the sink.

It's not really big enough for the 2 of us, however it looks great, and keeps everything looking a little tidier than other options.

The abi team customer service is off the charts. Helpful and quick to help with any issue you have. I had an issue with faulty shower diverter in my new finely rain shower and they immediately sent me out spares to replace it. We have now purchased several ABI Brushed Brass bathroom fittings including three 600mm towel rails and a 220mm hand towel rail plus several other matching accessories. Each of them is beautifully finished and packaged. Our preference would have been for a longer hand towel rail measuring 300-350mm as most hand towels are 300-400mm wide.

A friend recommended this sink and the roll up drainer in gun metal grey. She loved it in her last home I love it in my home. It really is beautiful and adds a touch of elegance to the other stunning pieces we have chosen to renovate our kitchen with. I couldn’t be happier with this product.

Given our tap is close to the wall, we installed this new cartridge which stops the lever going backwards. It works fantastic! The only bit of feedback I would have is to provide some more details around how this works (a video demonstration of how it changes the mixer. Also, I could not find this cartridge when scrolling through the site, until I emailed ABI directly - if this was put as an option when purchasing the mixer I likely would have purchased this cartridge at the same time.

The perfect white tap. I know everyone buys the arch style tap but this one is perfect when you don’t want to stick up over a nib wall on the other side…great quality…however wait for it to go on sale you can save up to $50

We purchased the Addison 900mm vanity in Pure Oak for our main bathroom after looking everywhere for one that was just right and saw these in the showroom when choosing tap wear. The quality is incredible, colour is perfect and it was manufactured really quick. They are quite heavy tho due to the good construction! Especially with a stone top. Would highly recommend.

It might sound weird, but they are so, so pretty. Reasonably priced & arrived with my Farmhouse Sink (I'm never going to get tired of saying that ..Haha) very quickly. One extremely happy customer here!

The title is by no means a reflection of delivery times. It just means that I've been waiting soooo long to actually get one! There is only one word to describe it .. Stunning! I've always laughed at the words the judges on reno shows use to describe furniture etc, & here I am calling a kitchen sink "Stunning" ! What had stopped me from purchasing a Farmhouse sink in the past was the astronomical price some companies charged for them, then on top of that add the shipping prices ... I just couldn't justify the cost. Then I found this one, exactly what I wanted at such a reasonable price. It felt like all my Christmases came at once! Not that I was in a hurry, waiting for constructions to start on our new Home, it arrived here in Adelaide pretty quickly. it was on it's own little pallet packaged so very securely. I can't wait see & use it in my new Kitchen. Hopefully I'll be able to add pictures later on.

Customer error in that we didn't realise we needed the aerator also as it is for a bath, so while we wait to have that installed it makes for a VERY slow bath fill. It would be great if there was a pop up that said something like "do you need to purchase an aerator also?". Otherwise, all good.

The only thing with this is the long mixer handle, which can't go all the way around and hits against the splashback. But the plumber installed it with the mixer to the side, so we will switch it to have the mixer at the front, similar to your image, and that will solve that issue.

Being in Melbourne we were unable to physically view the items but after reading the reviews, and comparing the prices to competitors, we thought let’s give them a go, we can return after all if we’re not happy! The items all came exceptionally fast and even the packaging was nice! We havnt been able to put them in yet as we are not quite up to this part of the renovation but we are very happy with the quality upon inspection, they feel heavy too and certainly don’t feel like poor quality items. We’re obviously hoping the quality remains after we actually have a chance to use the items however at this stage, we will be back to purchase other items for the rest of the home based on our experience so far! I will also add the customer service is great too! Friendly and accommodating. When our package arrived we thought an item was missed as it had not arrived however upon calling up, we found it was coming with another delivery. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is simply because we havnt been able to use the product yet

Love the sink waste but was disappointed it didn’t fit our Blanco sink. Because it has an overflow the plumber had to use a specific connection which unfortunately meant the waste unit could t be pushed into place to allow us to fill the sink with water or use it to catch waste. Can’t fault the quality and look of the product but worth being aware of this before you order to avoid disappointment.

As described, very well made

I needed a dish rack that didn’t look like one and I found the perfect solution. This rack rolls up for under sink storage and when it comes out to be used to drain washing up it does so in an elegant and stylish way! Matches beautifully with my brass hardware and does the job very well indeed.

Delivery/packaging is superior to any other delivery I’ve experienced before. So impressed with the product so far, however they (I purchased 4) are yet to be installed in our new build.

Yet to be installed (for our laundry in a new build), so can’t comment on performance as yet. However the delivery, packaging/presentation and feel of the product means that I’m already a satisfied customer! I am so excited to see it in situ!

We got two of these to put side-by-side. Very easy to install and look great. Holds all the knives easily and has freed up so much bench space from the knife blocks. Love it!

Have been a big fan of ABI since the humble beginnings and as always love all your stuff. These handles were good just we also bought some of the bigger ones at the same time and they were a different shade. So did not match together in the kitchen we were completing but we did not have time on the job to go and exchange and the process sounded tricky. Arundell is a long way from where we are in traffic too. You guys have grown so much and kudos for all the hard work just wonder if a few things are getting less personal as with any business as it grows. Best of luck with managing the growing pains and keep up the great work.

Over the passed months we have used ABI tapware renovating 2 bathrooms and the Tezra Cabinetry Knob on our joinery. The quality is amazing, the customer service from ABI outstanding and we have been totally satisfied with the tapware and all the bathroom accessories purchased. Tezra knob is solid, finely crafted and great to use, highly recommend.

If it’s a progressive tap that would mean you turn and keep turning. The knob has h arrow to left and c to right. Progressive should have an arrow one way. Apart from that can’t wait to have the bathroom to install it.

This sink is absolutely beautiful. I have now purchased a second to put in my butlers kitchen. It's just a wonderful addition to finish my laundry.

Great product that transformed both appearance and function of my kitchen by removing the need for a bench top drainer, giving me space, clean lines and easy wash up. It fitted perfectly into my double size sink and holds rinsed items blow bench level keeping the kitchen neat.
