This was our first time using ABI Interiors. We purchased items selected by our customer, and were happy with the service we received.

Good communication and the tap arrived in good time.

Building a house is daunting especially a bespoke home over three COVID lockdowns so I can not express enough gratitude to ABI. I made the decision early on to use ABI hardware through out my whole home. From taps to sinks to door hinges and hooks. Their range is complete and I didn't have to run from plumbing shop to plumbing shop trying to match items. From perfect packaging to robust componentry each and every item impressed. I love going from room to room enjoying the small details of each item I selected. Equally impressive was ABI's sales service, I made a number of swaps and returns and it was easy and never any hassle. I simply love everything about ABI and highly recommend using their products.

I don’t usually review but I just wanted to mention the excellent customer service from everyone from start to finish. Our situation wasn’t a normal ‘Reno’ after our home flooded in Brisbane floods in Feb. it has been a lengthy process of back and forth. These guys recognised our unusual circumstance and were able to help us out in sticky situations such as when we had miscommunications with trades and we had to change or return items. Really beautiful and fantastic quality bathroom products. The staff we’re really helpful and well informed. One suggestion- It would be really helpful if the different flow regulators were automatically sold with the taps to save on time troubleshooting different water pressure issues. Having said this ABI did everything they could to get the parts to us as quickly as possible. Many thanks! I definitely recommend them.

I recently purchased a variety of bathroom and door fitting from ABI. My tiler accidentally cut too large a hole for the mixer tap backplate to cover, and when I contacted ABI they went above and beyond to help me source a discontinued larger backplate to cover the hole. The fittings are superb, they look wonderful and work flawlessly. I codnt be happier.

Gorgeous handles for my new bathroom vanity, and they arrived very promptly, too. My builder was so impressed, he took photos of them to recommend them to another of his clients! They are very elegant, have a lovely 'touch', and the colour is a perfect match for the other gun metal hardware in my new bathroom. Thanks heaps!!

Very prompt delivery, great service, shower head is unreal - it's doubled our water pressure and I love having two modes of getting water, either a nice shower or a hard, direct jet to wash my hair (and good to take as a handheld when I wanna sit in the shower) All round very happy!!

Handles were on back order, but came in a lot earlier than expected which was great. I would like to note that these handles have a glossy clear coating on them (I purchased the gun metal and nickel version) which wasn't obvious in the description. Because of this the lustre of the metal is quite different to my other gunmetal fittings which was a bit disappointing as I quite like the design of them. I would have really preferred that they were provided without the clear coat.

Very happy with my ABI samples order as it arrived in a timely fashion. However, as a designer it would be great if it was stored in a box or similar. Much easier to show clients during the selections process and store in the library after. Also would think you provide a trade price for designers etc Otherwise very happy

Towel Rail arrived very quickly - think it was within days. Excellent experience.

I am very happy with my basins and the fact that ABI were co-operative in getting them to match. I did state when I ordered them that I wanted them to match closely. It would have saved ABI a lot of expense if they had of matched them in the store house before sending them out instead of getting more sent in order to match them. All that being said ABI were great.

good quality & prompt arrival of items

I purchased the Hegman Round Pulls in both the 90mm and 60mm sizes. After receiving them there was a difference in colour between the two (which is easy to come by when you are dealing with natural wood grains). ABI Interiors were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue for me. I am first to admit that I was being picky and they went what felt like above and beyond to assist and I now how perfectly matching pulls on my newly installed cabinetry and I am really happy with the product. I would 100% recommend ABI to anyone.

Happy with the products, did full bathroom, kitchen and Laundry in gun metal. Overall very happy and good quality love the styles. Very happy with the shower rail + head combo, was a bit nervous but it’s a great shower head. The fittings feel weighty, we’ll made and the gun metal finish seems to be hard wearing, haven’t managed to scratch it in 9 months/no signs of wear. The flick mixers are nice to use, they feel good quality and above their price point. These aren’t as nice as some of the ultra premium brands in terms of how smooth the mixer is, but more than happy for the price point. Only two minor points to fix - I have ordered 4x through the website and it never gets the correct address ( even when manually typing or relying on google) the address comes through incorrectly. This resulted in a 2 week delay the first time as Australia post tried to deliver to a street less address. I’ve given this feedback with every order and now just call up after each order to correct the address. Huge waste of time but staff are friendly and make the correction quickly. - also bought the Ohelu sink, love the sink but for top mounting it needs better instructions/a silicon ring. The plumber followed the install instructions (I double checked) but it still leaked leak around the edges and water damaged the laundry laminate. This was fixed with some silicon but the instructions are definitely misleading on the install. Happy with the sink and worked great as an under mount in the kitchen with Caesar stone.

Beautiful bathroom fittings and vanity. The ordering was a bit fiddly when I wanted to pick half up and have other half sent…. I ended up picking all up in 2 trips as it took a while to deliver.

Excellent service (we haven’t installed the taps yet). However, staff at the office and at sales were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Unfortunately we went through a misunderstanding with our a builder which ended up costing us a return fee when this could have been avoided if the policy return (or the person who interprets it) was a little more reasonable. In our case, we ended up sending the items back and re-order the same items under a different name and account - and pay for the return!
