A complete shamABI Interiors carefully curate their reviews. They do not display any reviews that give less than 5 stars. We have had nothing but problems with them. We bought a kitchen sink from them in January. It arrived in packaging so badly damaged that it wasn’t even worth unwrapping it. But we did, and needless to say, it was cracked all the way through. We sent them pictures of the packaging - it looked like the sink had been flung off a moving truck then driven over by another truck. It took two weeks to get a replacement. During that time the delay in fitting the sink caused an overall delay in completing the kitchen of 4 weeks. Four extra weeks living off a camping table and a camping stove and washing up in a plastic tub. Not a word of apology much less any compensation for our inconvenience. From there the sink leaked. So, time out from work to let their tradies come and fix it. Still the sink kept leaking. By this stage it was November. We were told we’d have to wait until late January for the parts - another two months without a fully functioning sink. Again no apology much less compensation for our inconvenience. Spoke to Jaidyn. Insisted we be allowed to post a 1 star review. He promised to send a link so we could do so. Never arrived. Spoke to Kat, the COO. She also promised to send a link so we could bring some honesty to their reviews. Also never arrived. This firm’s service is appalling and their products are defective. But worst of all, their glowing reviews are a scam. Don’t trust this company

I have fitted out my whole house in the Abi satin brass Kensington range and Matt black in my granny flat and I just love my rooms every time I walk into them. The service I received was the best I have ever received. The only thing is if you order your fittings too far ahead I could not get a refund on a hand towel holder that was not required. But other than that they were the best suppliers I have dealt with through my renovation process so far.

I recently purchased a variety of bathroom and door fitting from ABI. My tiler accidentally cut too large a hole for the mixer tap backplate to cover, and when I contacted ABI they went above and beyond to help me source a discontinued larger backplate to cover the hole. The fittings are superb, they look wonderful and work flawlessly. I codnt be happier.

Gorgeous handles for my new bathroom vanity, and they arrived very promptly, too. My builder was so impressed, he took photos of them to recommend them to another of his clients! They are very elegant, have a lovely 'touch', and the colour is a perfect match for the other gun metal hardware in my new bathroom. Thanks heaps!!

I am very happy with my basins and the fact that ABI were co-operative in getting them to match. I did state when I ordered them that I wanted them to match closely. It would have saved ABI a lot of expense if they had of matched them in the store house before sending them out instead of getting more sent in order to match them. I purchased the Hegman Round Pulls in both the 90mm and 60mm sizes. After receiving them there was a difference in colour between the two (which is easy to come by when you are dealing with natural wood grains). ABI Interiors were absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue for me. I am first to admit that I was being picky and they went what felt like above and beyond to assist and I now how perfectly matching pulls on my newly installed cabinetry and I am really happy with the product. I would 100% recommend ABI to anyone.

Happy with the products, did full bathroom, kitchen and Laundry in gun metal. Overall very happy and good quality love the styles. Very happy with the shower rail + head combo, was a bit nervous but it’s a great shower head. The fittings feel weighty, we’ll made and the gun metal finish seems to be hard wearing, haven’t managed to scratch it in 9 months/no signs of wear. The flick mixers are nice to use, they feel good quality and above their price point. These aren’t as nice as some of the ultra premium brands in terms of how smooth the mixer is, but more than happy for the price point. Only two minor points to fix - I have ordered 4x through the website and it never gets the correct address ( even when manually typing or relying on google) the address comes through incorrectly. This resulted in a 2 week delay the first time as Australia post tried to deliver to a street less address. I’ve given this feedback with every order and now just call up after each order to correct the address. Huge waste of time but staff are friendly and make the correction quickly. - also bought the Ohelu sink, love the sink but for top mounting it needs better instructions/a silicon ring. The plumber followed the install instructions (I double checked) but it still leaked leak around the edges and water damaged the laundry laminate. This was fixed with some silicon but the instructions are definitely misleading on the install. Happy with the sink and worked great as an under mount in the kitchen with Caesar stone.

Beautiful bathroom fittings and vanity. The ordering was a bit fiddly when I wanted to pick half up and have other half sent…. I ended up picking all up in 2 trips as it took a while to deliver.
