Can this product be used externally/outside?
ABI’s warranty does not cover external use due to the coating being put under much harsher conditions and UV light. However, the structural integrity of the Kingsley Shower Rail would be fine.
What type of coating is used on this product and how durable is it?
Chrome - Advanced Electroplating Application (AEA) – This is an extremely durable coating, far superior to a powder coated coating.
What is the best way to clean the Kingsley Shower Rail to maintain it's finish?
We recommend that you regularly clean the Kingsley Shower Rail with mild liquid detergent or soap and water. Don’t use cream cleansers or bleach as these substances are abrasive. Also, please avoid cleaning pads with abrasive surface as this may scratch the material.
How do I adjust the height of the Hand Shower Holder?
A turn clamp system is built into the holster. To loosen the clamp, you just need to turn the knob. The hand shower holster has both height and swivel adjustment ensuring the hand shower sits exactly where you need it.
