Absolutely, as long as you are the account holder, we are more than happy to resend through invoices to you as needed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, you will be required to place a separate order.
Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service. All orders are dispatched from our Bristol warehouse via DPD couriers. You can organise a 1 hour time slot for delivery with DPD or to collect from one of their pick up options. The quickest option is to contact DPD directly with your tracking number.
Yes! All of our trade account holders are entitled to one free colour sample pack to be sent out. Any extra sample packs being sent out after this will be charged at the full price.
We have a 30-day returns period as we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to lodge a return, please do so through our returns portal here. Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase additional items, please purchase these separately. Items returned outside of the 30 day returns period will receive a store credit.
ABI offers refunds on products returned for your change of mind within 30 days of purchase. Where a product is returned outside of this timeframe, ABI will offer you a store credit for that product.
Yes of course! Once your return has been processed, ABI will send you a voucher code for the value of the returned item which you are welcome to use at the checkout of your next order.
