All relevant product ranges are WRAS certified and all ABI ranges meet strict Australian and New Zealand guidelines and WaterMark ratings. Please view the product's specification sheet for WRAS certification number.

Yes, we offer shipping with DHL to deliver worldwide. Please get in touch with our international sales team at [email protected] and we can provide a quote based on the size and location of the order

If you are returning items from two different orders, you are welcome to post them in the same parcel. However, a return must be lodged for each order via our returns portal and both return summaries must be included in the returned parcel.

All orders are final once payment has been processed. A coupon code or voucher code cannot be redeemed for a refund or applied to an order once it has been processed.

Yes you can. Once your return has been processed, customers who made their purchase using a gift card will be issued with a voucher equal to the value of the returned items. For orders made using store credit, your ABI account will be re-issued store credit equal to the value of the returned products.

ABI does not offer exchanges due to our high stock turnover. Please lodge a return with the item you no longer require and place a new order for all new items required.

All gift cards and store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. Please place another order for any additional items you may require. If you want to cancel any items or products on backorder, please get in contact with our Aftersales team.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. We also offer payment through PayPal.

Yes. All in-stock items will be sent together and any items on backorder will be sent once they are back in stock.

You may either apply your coupon code at the checkout in the ‘discount code’ box, or alternatively get in touch with our Sales team who will be happy to assist you in processing your coupon. Any type of discount or coupon code is applied equally over each item in an order. Please note, discounts cannot be used on shipping costs, redeemed for cash or for a refund.

Please note once payment has been made, we are unable to guarantee any changes to your order. For any updates, including delivery address and priority shipments, please contact our Aftersales team directly via email [email protected] for further assistance. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be required to contact the courier directly in order to redirect the parcel.

ABI’s specialised Trade team can assist with trade accounts and order enquiries. We also offer trade pricing for those who meet the criteria in our application here. For all trade enquiries, please email [email protected]. Alternatively, orders can be placed at retail pricing via our website.

Our tapware is constructed using two main base materials: solid brass and stainless steel. Both materials undergo the same colouring processes (PVD, AEA, or PSLT) however, because of the difference in the material, the finish can vary slightly between products and batches.

We recommend all products be installed by a licensed tradesperson to ensure they are correctly and safely installed. Unless specified for outdoor use, our ranges are designed for internal use and are not warrantied for outdoor use. This is due to the coatings being exposed to harsher conditions and UV light outside.

All refunds are processed back onto the same card that was used at the time of purchase. We cannot process a refund on a different card. Please allow 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If the card used at the time of purchase has expired or has been cancelled, generally the bank will redirect the refund to your new or replacement card. If you do not have a new card, generally the bank will redirect this to the bank account. Please note, this is in most cases, if you have not received the funds within 10 days please get in touch with our After Sales team.

We endeavor to process returns as soon as possible however this process can take up to 14 business days from when the items arrive at our warehouse. You will receive an email from our team once your return has been processed.

Once you have lodged your return via our online returns portal, you will receive an email from ABI with a link to download your returns summary. This is to please be included in your parcel upon return. Please be aware, the link will expire after 48 hours.

ABI offers refunds on products returned for your change of mind within 30 days of purchase. Where a product is returned outside of this timeframe, ABI will offer you a store credit for that product.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been processed, you can use your store credit code at checkout for your next order.

Discounts are applied equally over each item on an order. Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund.

We have a 30-day returns period as we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to lodge a return, please do so through our returns portal here. Please note, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase additional items, please purchase these separately. Items returned outside of the 30 day returns period will receive a store credit.

ABI Interiors offers a 25 year limited warranty for residential customers. For more information on residential warranty conditions, click here. Please note our commercial warranty differs from our residential warranty and can be found here.

Delivery costs and times will vary depending on your location. Delivery time estimates made by ABI do not include the time your order may spend in customs. You may also be required to pay customs and import taxes on your order once your delivery reaches your country's customs port. ABI is not liable for these fees, nor can we advise at the time of purchase what they might be.

In stock items will be dispatched immediately and all backorder items will be sent once they are back in stock. Please note, this additional shipment will be liable to additional custom duties. Please advise us if you wish to hold your entire order to receive one shipment only.

On international orders we remove all VAT charges to help minimise the cost of your purchase, so you will not be charged tax twice from us and again in your own country.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. This means you are required to be home in order to accept your parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a DPD card will be left with details for alternate collection.  Please contact DPD to arrange a redelivery, alternative delivery address or a convenient pick up point.

Once payment has been made online you will receive an email order confirmation. We offer same day dispatch for orders received before 12pm. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

No we do not offer express shipping, however please get in touch with our team [email protected] if your order is urgent and we will do our best to organise priority dispatch

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 500 GBP.  If your order total is below 500, your shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout based on the size and weight of your items and the destination it is being sent. Please find our shipping costs here.

Unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse via DPD couriers. You can organise a 1 hour time slot for delivery with DPD or to collect from one of their pick up options. The quickest option is to contact DPD directly with your tracking number.

Once payment has been made, your order is final. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our sales team via email [email protected] or through online chat to discuss. Please note if the order has already been dispatched, you will be required to lodge your return through our return portal here and cover the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, you will be required to place a separate order. 

All of our products have a stock count when you click into the product page. If the item is on backorder, there will be a notice advising that the product is ‘available on backorder’ with an ETA. If the product is available for backorder, you can add it to your cart and once paid for this is secured and will be sent out as soon as the stock arrives.

If the product is out of stock, it cannot be ordered through the website and you need to contact the sales team for an ETA [email protected] Our team will be able to provide an ETA and if you would like to order this item we can create an invoice. Once paid, your order is secured and the stock is sent out automatically.

Our stainless steel range is lead free. Our solid brass range does contain a low percentage of lead, however the leaching levels are deemed as safe and are well below the UK standard.

ABI Interiors UK dispatches orders from our Banbury warehouse to all of the UK. We also ship to Europe and Africa upon request. For enquires contact our UK team [email protected].

Our design team at our Burleigh Heads HQ work closely with our manufacturing team in Guangzhou, China; from ideation and design, right through to dispatch. Once shipped to the UK, our products undergo a final quality check before being sold and dispatched to our customers.
