Important Information
Please submit images or videos displaying the issue and include an additional photo with the product batch number. The product batch number can be found on the box as per the image below.
If you are experiencing issues when uploading multiple files, please submit your form with a single photo, and our team will notify you if we require more details. If the error persists, please email [email protected] with the above details and files.
Our goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under UK Consumer Law. This is that our goods must conform to the description of the goods given on our website, the goods must be of satisfactory quality and the goods must be fit for their intended purpose. If any of our goods do not comply with these warranties:
- upon receipt, provided you inform us of the same within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a refund.
- within 6 months of receipt, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced at our cost. If we are unable to repair or replace the goods, then you may be entitled to a refund.
Within six years from the date of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair or a replacement if you can prove the goods were defective when they were delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the goods, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
