Placing An Order

All ABI Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

All orders are final once payment has been processed. You are more than welcome to return the items within our relevant returns period. At the time of making your return, you can select store credit. Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been processed, you can use your store credit code at checkout for your next order.

Discounts are applied equally over each item on an order. Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund.

All orders are final once payment has been processed. A coupon code and/or voucher code cannot be redeemed for a refund or applied to the order once the order has been processed. You are more than welcome to use the voucher code or coupon code at checkout of your next order.

Once payment has been made, your order is final. If you wish to cancel your order please contact our sales team via email [email protected] or through online chat to discuss. Please note if the order has already been dispatched, you will be required to lodge your return through our return portal here and cover the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you have forgotten to add an item to your order, you will be required to place a separate order. 

All of our products have a stock count when you click into the product page. If the item is on backorder, there will be a notice advising that the product is ‘available on backorder’ with an ETA. If the product is available for backorder, you can add it to your cart and once paid for this is secured and will be sent out as soon as the stock arrives.

If the product is out of stock, it cannot be ordered through the website and you need to contact the sales team for an ETA [email protected] Our team will be able to provide an ETA and if you would like to order this item we can create an invoice. Once paid, your order is secured and the stock is sent out automatically.
