I bought a large amount of tapware recently from ABI and was very impressed with the ease of the use of the website, communication around my orders and the quality of the tapware when it arrived.

Additional to these strong points, pricing of their products was very reasonable when compared to other retailers. I have already actively referred 3 other people to this company. Looking forward to using ABI with our next renovation!

I purchased a few products online and was a little nervous as I had not been able to touch them or look closely at the quality. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived as they looked just like they did on the screen.

The plumber had no issues installing and they work really well, and look great 6 months on. Very happy and about to place another order for another bathroom. And you can't beat the price!

Looove the quality and the service! As an interior stylist living with someone who is all about function rather than looks - finding a product that fit both these needs was challenging.

We found ABI online and had the luxury of popping into their showroom to look and feel the products. Just beautiful. You could feel the quality and smoothness of the moving pieces, the quality of the finishing and just general beauty and function provided.

Before buying, we did go and “compare’ with other well known stores around that had products that looked the same and they just felt plasticky in comparison to ABI’s taps.

And...on top of that, the staff were just gems! Helpful, supportive and friendly. They’ve got my business!

I ordered some sample plates and they were posted out immediately. I opened my package only to find the two samples beautifully wrapped in ABI paper and then placed in a small drawstring fabric bag.
